1. Subscription may only be used with one Parcel account and cannot be transferred. This in-app purchase can be used for a single account only.
2. You can use an unlimited number of iOS or Mac devices with your account.
3. The subscription renews automatically every year unless cancelled.
4. You can track simultaneously up to 50 active deliveries. The total number of deliveries (including completed) you can have at the same time in the app is limited to 200.
5. Tracking data is processed on our server meaning that push notifications arising from delivery updates may be delivered with a delay (on average 40-45 minutes).
6. While I endeavour to provide continuous access to delivery tracking data from a comprehensive range of courier companies, I cannot guarantee its availability due to possible limits or restrictions imposed by third parties.
7. The app is not intended to be used for business purposes. You can only track up to 100 deliveries per month, per carrier. This limit is necessary to comply with our own limits imposed by carriers. This limit does not apply to Amazon deliveries added using the Amazon integration.
Personal Information Parcel does not require its customers to provide any personal information. The only exception is your email address which is required only if you decide to create a Parcel account with an email and password.You can always create an account with "Sign in with Apple" and your email will not be provided to us.
Your Deliveries Any information that is related to your deliveries (e.g. tracking numbers, postcodes, tracking history) is not shared with any 3rd parties.
Anonymous Information Parcel collects anonymous data about your device that does not directly identify you, such as a version of the app, version of the operating system you are running, system language, device model, timezone, country code. This information is used solely for the purpose of improving our services and is not shared with any 3rd parties.
Account Deletion You can delete your Parcel account in the app settings.
Advertisements If you are not a subscriber, you will see advertisements in the iOS version of the app. Those ads are managed by Google’s AdMob system. This system was configured not to show personalized ads in Parcel. Tracking and analytic capabilities were also disabled. You can read more about Google’s Privacy policies here.
Privacy Policy Changes From time to time this privacy policy might be updated with minor changes. Your continued use of this app after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
Indemnity You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, without limitation, legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of use of this app or any breach by you of any provision of these terms of use, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms of use.
